Power of attorney
When signing the agreement, the customer authorizes Green Hero AB or the person Green Hero AB appoints in its place to be able to terminate existing agreements and enter into agreements with new suppliers, as well as obtain information about the customer from the supplier before starting. In addition, Green Hero AB is authorized to activate the customer if no written notice exists. If the customer has a fixed-term electricity contract with another electricity supplier, the customer is responsible for any termination fees if the current contract is terminated before it has expired.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GREEN HERO ENERGY SUPER GREEN ELECTRICITY CONTRACT
- Green Hero AB (Green Hero Energy) is your supplier and contractual partner.
- Your electricity contract, with the conditions set out here, applies to your supply. Together with the conditions set out in El 2012 K (rev 2) and El 2012 N, the general terms and conditions of the industry. In the event of any discrepancy between the industry terms and our terms, our terms take precedence.
- We do not own the electricity network itself. So this agreement does not apply to network charges that the network owner charges.
- If you are a customer or want to transfer the contract to someone else, a written OK is given from us as a supplier. But we at Green Hero Energy always have the right to transfer the contract within our own group.
- This contract becomes binding when we receive your confirmation that you wish to conclude the contract and you have been credit approved by us. We have the right to during the term of your electricity contract with Green Hero Energy make regular credit assessments to determine whether the supply of electricity involves a credit risk.
- If we ask for security (deposit) or payment in advance, Green Hero Energy has the right to request the disconnection of the installation if our request
- is not complied with. This regulation replaces the third paragraph of point 5.2 of EL 2012K General terms and conditions of contract.
- We start delivering your electricity on the date stated in the contract, provided that all information is correct and that the network owner approves your change of supplier.
- You are responsible for ensuring that we have updated and current contact details for you.
We have the right to change the terms of your contract, but we must inform you at least two months in advance. Information about changes to the conditions can is provided on our website.
Your electricity must be paid by the due date on your bill.
We work to ensure that you as a customer have a simple and affordable electricity price. Your price includes something called electricity certificates and Super Green electricity. If our purchase price for electricity certificates or Super Green electricity changes, we are entitled to make changes to your price. If the conditions for us as an electricity trader change in terms of, for example, tax, regulations from authorities, legislation or ordinances, commitments from the industry or from Svenska Kraftnät, NordPool or similar, we are entitled to change your price. This also applies to changes in energy tax, VAT and fees, changes in fees or new fees, which affect Green Hero Energy. If there are changes to your price, we will tell you it on your invoice.
If you move before the end of your contract, your contract will automatically be transferred to the new address. If you don't contact Green Hero Energy's customer support when moving, you are entitled to keep your contract. If you do not have a fixed-term contract to move with, you will automatically receive the Super Green Hourly Rate to your new address. With this confirmation, you authorize Green Hero Energy to obtain facility information from network owners in order to register Green Hero Energy as an electricity supplier at your new address. In the event that we do not receive a response from your network company to obtain your new facility ID, Green Hero Energy is not responsible for your electricity contract being transferred.
If you as a customer terminate the agreement early before your 36-month management period has expired, Green Hero Energy is entitled to charge a financial compensation. The compensation includes the remaining months of the management service and income from surcharges and an administrative fee of SEK 500.
In order for you as a customer to be entitled to receive a premium in the special campaigns we offer new and/or existing customers in the event of a new supply contract, the conditions set out below must always be met. As a customer you have before the conclusion of the agreement to Green Hero Energy confirmed that you meet the conditions for receiving the premium. Should it subsequently turn out that any of the circumstances stated below nevertheless exist, the conditions for the premium are not met and you as a customer are then obliged to compensate Green Hero Energy corresponding to the value of the activated premium against an invoice from Green Hero Energy:
- the customer is already a customer of Green Hero Energy at the time of the conclusion of the contract and the offer has been directed only to new customers;
- the customer does not have a valid network contract for the relevant tapping point with the electricity network undertaking concerned;
- the customer has previously received a premium in connection with the conclusion of an electricity contract with Green Hero Energy which has subsequently not been completed due to circumstances attributable to the customer;
- the customer exercises its right of withdrawal to cancel the contract or terminates or otherwise terminates the contract before the end of the agreed commitment period.
When you enter into the electricity contract, you agree that we may process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. We use the data to be able to supply your electricity and to enable us or a partner to handle our billing. For those with an hourly rate
The Green Hero hourly price requires an hourly meter reading from the grid company. The price is calculated based on the Consumer's reported hourly consumption from the relevant grid company for each delivery point multiplied by Nord Pool's spot price per hour. Costs for electricity certificates, guarantees of origin, balance, credit and trading costs and applicable fees to Nord Pool, Svenska Kraftnät and eSett are charged according to the applicable level for each delivery period. Surcharges and fixed fees will be added. Green Hero is entitled to increase the surcharge and the fixed fee after the Consumer. If a reduction is implemented, this can take effect immediately.
For those with a variable price
The variable price is determined in arrears each month and is calculated as a volume-weighted average price of Green Hero's cost of physical power for the relevant electricity area for each delivery point. Costs for electricity certificates, guarantees of origin, balance, credit and trading costs and applicable fees to Nord Pool, Svenska Kraftnät and eSett are charged according to the applicable level for each delivery period. Surcharges and fixed fees are added. Green Hero is entitled to increase the surcharge and the fixed fee after the Consumer has been notified. If a reduction is implemented, it may take effect immediately. Switching to one of Green Hero's other electricity products can take place from the next working day provided that the new electricity product allows this. The agreement is valid until further notice with a mutual notice period of 30 days. However, even after the expiry of the notice period, delivery will continue on the terms of the Green Hero Variable Price until a new price agreement is signed with Green Hero or another electricity trading company takes over delivery.
For those who have a Portföjförvaltat price
Green Hero Energy negotiates and hedges prices to ensure that you as a customer get the most favorable price through our portfolio-managed renewable portfolio, also called Super Green Portfolio. When you have a Super Green Portfolio, you get a managed price that varies month by month. The electricity price is based on the Super Green Portfolio's hourly purchase prices for the relevant electricity area, costs for power purchases and balancing power, fees to Svenska Kraftnät and electricity certification fees and surcharges. The monthly electricity price is adjusted with the result of the hedges.
Green Hero Energy continuously hedges expected consumption in a common fund. The result of the price hedges Green Hero Energy makes on your behalf accrues to and is charged to the customers in the fund. This is done by dividing the total result by the expected consumption for the month, resulting in a performance price that is adjusted upwards or downwards. Any discrepancies between expected consumption and actual consumption are settled on the next month's price adjustment. The contract is bound for 36 months with one (3) month's notice.
There is also a monthly management service.
For those with a production contract
During the term of the agreement, Green Hero pays a variable price where the plant is settled for energy produced hour by hour. The compensation is based on Nord Pool's spot price in Swedish currency for the relevant electricity area. Deductions are regulated according to the price terms of the agreement. Also called production electricity price, it is Green Hero's electricity price for production electricity, i.e. what we are paid minus our costs and a surcharge. Outcome for imbalance cost per electricity area, fees from Svenska Kraftnät and Nord Pool are charged at the applicable level for each production period. Green Hero is entitled to adjust the deduction after notification of this has been given to the Producer at least three months before the change takes effect. Should the change be in the Producer's favor, the change can be introduced with immediate effect. The agreement is valid until further notice with a mutual notice period of 3 months.
Notice of termination shall be given in writing.
Green Hero shall pay compensation for the power supplied in accordance with the compensation provisions agreed between the parties. The prices stated are exclusive of special taxes and VAT. Settlement shall be made according to the metering and subsequent reporting carried out by the grid owner for the production plant. Settlement is made monthly in arrears. Payment for the delivery must be received by the Producer within 60 days of the reading. Alternatively, at the customer's request, they may be deposited in a settlement account for future electricity invoices.
Green Hero is only obliged to pay compensation for electricity actually delivered and settled and where the grid owner has fulfilled its reporting obligation regarding metering series.
