Scope of application
Green Mount offers a guarantee for
standard products sold after January 1, 2025.
The warranty only covers complete systems that
supplied by Green Mount.
If the installation contains components from
different manufacturers, a limited warranty applies to these components.
Green Mount reserves the right to carry out a site inspection to investigate the damage before it is approved for replacement. Damaged parts will be replaced with new material delivered free of charge to the installation site. Green Mount may also choose to carry out
replacement work with own staff or hired resources.
Maintenance and supervision
According to the Planning and Building Act (PBL) and the
technical requirements for construction works, it is
mandatory to check products regularly
which are subject to essential characteristics requirements.
Green Mount recommends that such supervision
is carried out annually. The purpose of the inspection is to
identify and correct any errors or shortcomings
which may have arisen due to
weather conditions, external influences or inadequate
installation, before problems worsen.
Control points
- Check that the products are installed according to the Green Mounts installation instructions.

- Repair any damage to the products by touch-up painting.

- If there is a risk of snow overload, snow shall be removed by shoveling.

- Replace deformed and/or damaged devices or fixings. 

- Also check if the building has been damaged or if there is a risk of leakage.

Conditions for the guarantee
For the Green Mount warranty to be valid, the owner must be able to present proof of purchase in the form of a delivery note or invoice from Green Mount. The warranty requires that
the material is used in an environment that meets corrosivity class C4, which means an environment with
noticeable air pollution or moderate amounts of salt, for example in industrial or coastal areas.

The installation must have been carried out in accordance with the installation instructions in force at the time of installation. The specifications on which the design was based must correspond to the actual installation. Metal shavings from the installation must be removed immediately, and any damage to the surface treatment caused by the installation must be repaired with suitable repair paint.

Surface treatment
Green Mount guarantees the lifetime of the surface treatment for
all standard products in normal environment and at prescribed
maintenance:
- Hot-dip galvanized steel according to SS-EN ISO 1461.
- Stainless steel design.
- Copper design.
- Magnelis.
- Powder coated finish.

Material and function
The warranty also covers the material and function of all
standard products in normal environment and at prescribed
maintenance:
- Solar panel bracket.
- Powder coated finish.

Check the fastener first. Make sure that the teeth of the folding bracket engage under the double fold of the fold.

Tighten the bolt to 30 Nm.

2 sheet metal screws diagonally per bracket.

Start installing solar panels.

Insert the end clamp into the rail.

Screw the bolt into the end clamp with 10Nm and put on the seat cover.

When installing several panels, use a center clamp between panels.

Push up the boiler.

Attach the hook to the boiler and battens.

Screw 2 sheet metal screws diagonally.

Start installing solar panels.

Insert the end clamp into the rail.

Screw the bolt into the end clamp with 10Nm and put on the seat cover.

When installing several panels, use a center clamp between panels.

Ensure that there are no gaps between panels and center clamp. Tighten the center clamp with 10Nm.

Method 1

Assemble the upper and lower parts of the bracket. Check if the battens are at least 23 mm to 45 mm thick and 36 mm to 70 mm wide.

Put the bolt screw in the bracket.

Check that the bracket is against the forehead.

Screw with 5 Nm.

Unlock the bolts to adjust the height of the bracket.

Screw the bolt with 5 Nm.

Method 2

Turn the lower part of the bracket.

Put the bolt screw in the bracket.

Place the bracket on the raw board and press it against the forehead.

Fastened to the raw board with 6 6x30mm wood screws.

Method 3

Press the bottom of the bracket against the forehead.

Screw the wood screw into the rafters.

Complete the bracket with the remaining screws. Total 6 screws.

Put the upper and lower parts of the bracket together.

Screw with 5 Nm.

By method 1, 2 or 3

Put two screws and screw diagonally.

Note any adjustment to the height of the rail must be made before this step.

Put a new rail on the other side of the joint.

Screw 4 sheet metal screws on each side of the rail to secure the rail and joint.

Start installing solar panels.

Insert the end clamp into the rail.

Screw the bolt into the end clamp with 10Nm and put on the seat cover.

When installing several panels, use a center clamp between panels.

Ensure that there are no gaps between panels and center clamp. Tighten the center clamp with 10Nm.
