Green Hero and Soldags have the same balance responsible party (Bixia). This means that if you continue with the service at Enequi/Checkwatt, your support services will still work. But that the following applies right now:

The agreement with the Soltech Home app will end and therefore the support services via Soltech Home will end on February 28. This is the information we received from Enequi.

We are in active dialog with Enequi to ensure that support services can continue and be managed directly through Enequi instead of through the Soltech Home app. Our ambition is for the transition to take place without interruption.

More information on practical steps and activation will be communicated as soon as the process is finalized.

Β

According to information from Enequi, the Soltech Home app will stop working on February 28.

You can apply today for a new account on the Qui Power app at Enequi and claim for removal, for more instructions go to this links.

We have an ongoing dialog with Enequi to enable direct activation of the service via Enequi instead of via Soltech Home. Our goal is to ensure a smooth transition so that the functionality can continue without interruption.

As a former customer of Soldags, your electricity contract has been transferred to Green Hero. This means that your electricity contract will continue without interruption and that your electricity supply will work just as usual.

Only the electricity trading company changes - your network owner remains the same and is not affected.

No, it does not. Your electricity supply is not affected.
The change of electricity trading company takes place administratively in the background and does not involve any interruption in supply.

Like your consumption contract, your production contract will continue as usual, but special promotions agreed with Soldags may be discontinued.

No.
The switch to Green Hero is automatic. You don't need to cancel or sign a new contract to keep your electricity working.

You will be informed by us when the change is registered.

You initially continue with hourly price (spot price per hour), just like in the past.

Yes, you can. Once you are a registered Green Hero customer, you will have access to more contract options:

  • Hourly rate (active management)
  • Portfolio managed price

You choose the one that best suits your situation.

Portfolio managed means that we buy larger volumes of electricity in advance and spread the purchases over time.

It does that:

  • No need to plan your consumption hour by hour
  • You reduce the risk of being fully affected by price spikes
  • The price historically has been below the average spot price in the majority of months

It suits customers who:

  • Not able to actively control their consumption
  • Want a smoother and more predictable electricity price

It depends on how active you are.

  • If you are very active and charge your electric car/battery at cheap hours β†’ hourly rate may be best.
  • If you are passive or do not want to monitor the electricity price β†’ portfolio managed has historically performed better than average spot.

Yes, you can. You can always change your electricity trading company according to the applicable notice period.

You will receive your electricity bill from Green Hero instead of Soldags.
The network bill will still come from your network owner.

No.
Green Hero is a separate electricity trading company that has taken over the customer base after Soldag's bankruptcy to ensure a stable and secure continuation for customers.

  • Stable player
  • More contract opportunities
  • Portfolio management as an alternative
  • Digital overview of your electricity use (if you offer this, otherwise remove)
